📋 BETA TESTER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
By checking the box below, you agree to the following terms for the duration of your participation in the Raw2Mint beta program:
1. Confidentiality. You agree to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence. You will not share screenshots, screen recordings, pricing data, grading results, or detailed descriptions of the app on social media, forums, or with third parties without written permission from Raw2Mint.
2. No Reverse Engineering. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code, algorithms, or data structures from the Raw2Mint service.
3. No Competing Use. You will not use information gained from the beta to build, assist, or contribute to any competing card scanning, grading, or pricing service.
4. Feedback. Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide may be used by Raw2Mint to improve the service without compensation. All feedback becomes the exclusive property of MI Big Buck Solutions LLC.
5. Beta Disclaimer. The service is provided "as-is" during beta. Pricing data and grading estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
6. Term. This NDA remains in effect for three (3) years from the date of acceptance. Trade secrets remain protected indefinitely.
7. Remedies. You acknowledge that breach may cause irreparable harm and the Company shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and recovery of attorney's fees in addition to any other legal remedies.
8. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes resolved exclusively in Montcalm County courts.
